Job Description

We are hiring a Welfare Officer for our manufacturing plant at Bhiwadi. The candidate should have experience in industrial relations, statutory compliances, employee welfare activities, and grievance handling in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
- Support recruitment, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
- Coordinate counselling sessions and worker-related matters.
- Prepare MIS reports and support HR/Admin operations.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Factory Act, Minimum Wages Act, Industrial Disputes Act, etc.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
