Position: Relationship Manager

Location: Bangalore

Department: Admissions / Sales

Reporting To: Area Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities :

• Meet School Principals and Management to build relationships and obtain permission to conduct Talent Tests.

• Generate leads of prospective students for PU1 admissions across assigned Deeksha campuses.

• Conduct competitor analysis and identify recent admission opportunities.

• Coordinate with students and parents for the dSAT / entrance test and selection process.

• Counsel students and parents regarding competitive exams, career options, PU programs, and academic pathways.

• Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert leads into confirmed admissions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, students, and parents.

• Achieve assigned lead generation, conversion, and admission targets.

Eligibility & Requirements :

• Freshers with any UG or PG qualification are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in education sales, admissions,



counselling, or school outreach are also encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Kannada.

• Pleasing personality with a professional and presentable appearance. • Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.

• Candidates with good contacts/networking with School Principals or Management will have an added advantage.

• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Target-oriented, energetic, and passionate about sales and student counselling.
