Job Location: Kurkumbh (Near Daund)

Dept: Production (API Plant)

Duration: One year

Stipend: Diploma(15,000/month), B.E (19,000/month)

Total Positions: 15

- NAPS is National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme.
- Fresher will be hired as Apprentice until completion of Apprentice Course.
- They will be working in all departments as per requirement discussed with business heads & getting on the job training simultaneously.
- Eligible for compulsory stipend as per government norms.
- They will get an experience letter from Emcure after completion of Apprenticeship.

Job Profile:

- Production responsible for monitoring the production processes of API / Excipient Manufacturing and maintaining the compliance with regulatory standards.




- Operating the machines following GMP for the manufacturing/packaging of bulk drugs / active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).

Opportunity to Learn What is API ? Functions of Pharma API:

- Learn and understand Pharmaceutical Concepts like

1. Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP),
2. Good Documentation Practices (GDP),
3. Quality Management System (QMS) applicable to API manufacturing.

- Gain knowledge of QMS documentation, including:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
- Batch Packaging Records (BPR)
- Equipment Change Requests (ECR)

Learn the functioning of equipment such as:

- Reactors, Centrifuge, Sparkler Filter, Multi-mill, Sifter, Vacuum Tray Dryer, Blender etc.
- Understand concepts related to equipment’s like
- Calibration
- Operational Qualification (OQ)
- Performance Qualification (PQ)
