Recruit and onboard insurance agents in assigned territory
Guide and support agents to generate business
Conduct field visits for agent engagement & training
Motivate agents to achieve monthly sales targets
Assist agents in product understanding & policy processing
Achieve targets through agency network
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Fresher / 01 year experience
Willing to do field sales
Valuable communication & convincing skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
