Job Details:

- Position: Customer Service Executive
- Process: Voice / Blended
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Shifts: Rotational shifts
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational day

Eligibility:

- UG / Graduates can apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Good customer handling and communication skills

Salary:

- Freshers: 18,000 CTC
- Experienced: 19,000 CTC
- Additional Quarterly Bonus: 2,000

Work From Home Requirements:

- Laptop is mandatory
- Intel Core i5 or i7 processor
- Good and reliable Wi-Fi / Internet connection
- Headset with microphone
- Suitable and quiet workspace
