Job Title: E-commerce & Quick Commerce Executive

Role Overview

The E-commerce & Quick Commerce Executive will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace management across major traditional e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and fast-growing quick-commerce channels (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). You will handle product cataloging, SEO-optimized listings, inventory coordination, and performance tracking. Your analytical mindset will help decode platform metrics to scale visibility, conversion rates, and ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Listing & Catalog Management:
- End-to-end onboarding, listing, and catalog management of products across multiple e-commerce and quick-commerce channels.
- Ensure rich content creation, including SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, high-converting descriptions, A+ content, and image optimization.
- Quick Commerce & E-commerce Operations:
- Manage day-to-day operations specifically tailored for quick-commerce apps (e.g., dark store inventory alignment, fill rates,



and fast-paced promotional updates).
- Coordinate with internal creative/ad teams and client supply-chain teams to ensure seamless inventory availability and zero stock-outs.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (sales velocity, traffic, conversion rates, ad spend/ROAS, and customer reviews).
- Generate comprehensive performance reports and actionable insights to scale marketplace revenue.
- Pricing & Promotional Strategy:
- Execute pricing strategies, discounts, and lightning deals aligned with platform-specific events (e.g., Big Billion Days, Excellent Indian Festival, flash sales).
- Collaborate with the media/advertising team to optimize marketplace ads (Sponsored Products, Banner Ads, Search Ads).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between internal 360-degree ad teams (design, performance marketing, content) and external brand stakeholders to execute cohesive digital campaigns.
