Work experience

2 years (1 Years as Collections Trainer) from third party BPO or captive centers

Job Description

- Identifying training needs based on the Requirement.
- Scheduling and Organizing training programs
- Maintaining Trainees Attendance
- Maintaining Assessment scores of Trainees who are undergoing training
- Collecting feedback from Trainees about training programs
- Preparing analytical reports for the training programs conducted Improving the effectiveness of training program (Tracking Efficacy)
- Should be aware of KPI's and KRA's

Working Days

Monday to Saturday (6 day a week)

Languages Preferred

English+Tamil+Kannada+Telugu
