Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Ensure end-to-end execution of assigned cancer screening camps as per programme SOPs and schedule.

- Conduct and support cancer screening and appropriate visual/clinical examination of beneficiaries.

- Identify and document abnormal/suspicious findings and facilitate timely referrals.

- Provide beneficiary counselling and cancer awareness regarding prevention, risk factors, warning signs and early detection.

- Conduct follow-up of referred beneficiaries and track referral completion and outcomes.

- Support mobilization of beneficiaries through coordination with ASHAs, ANMs, community workers, local representatives and other stakeholders.

- Coordinate with hospital, government, community and programme stakeholders for smooth camp implementation.

- Maintain accurate and timely screening, referral, follow-up and camp documentation.

- Prepare and submit camp-wise reports and field updates to the Head Community Oncology.

- Assist the Head Community Oncology in planning,



coordination, monitoring and implementation of community oncology activities.

- Identify and escalate clinical, operational or safety concerns encountered during field activities.

- Coordinate with the camp team to ensure smooth beneficiary flow and effective on-ground operations.

- Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, dignity and adherence to programme SOPs.

- Participate in programme meetings, training, review meetings and other activities as required.
