Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit Promoters / Field Sales candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Field sourcing through walk-ins, references, job groups, colleges, and market visits.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
• Handle bulk/volume hiring and achieve recruitment targets.
• Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment MIS.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Required Skills:




• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Candidate sourcing and networking.
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring.

Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass
