Job Summary

The Technical Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and solution support to the Sales Team and customers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, analyzing operational workflows, developing suitable technical solutions, preparing proposals and presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during customer engagements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and analyze customer workflows, processes, and operational needs.
- Recommend suitable warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, robotics, AIDC, and technology solutions based on customer requirements.
- Assist in developing and configuring technical solutions, including system requirements, solution sizing, specifications, and BOMs.
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, RFQ/RFP responses, scope of work, product specifications, and other technical documentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, technical presentations, and customer workshops.
- Participate in customer visits, site assessments, technical discussions, solution evaluations, POCs, trials, and pilot activities.
- Provide technical clarification to customers, channel partners, and the Sales Team.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to address technical requirements, solution gaps, and customization needs.




- Ensure complete and accurate documentation and support a smooth handover of solutions to the execution teams.
- Maintain knowledge of Quinta's products, solutions, technologies, and industry applications.
- Stay updated on developments in warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, robotics, AIDC, WMS/WCS, software integration, and industrial automation.
- Support exhibitions, trade shows, partner events, and technical training sessions for Sales Teams and channel partners.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or a relevant technical field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Technical Engineering, Solution Engineering, Application Engineering, Technical Sales, Automation Engineering, or a related role.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Warehouse Automation
- Intralogistics
- Material Handling
- Industrial Automation
- Robotics
- AIDC / Barcode / RFID
- Conveyors / Sortation
- WMS / WCS / DWS
- IT Hardware / Technology Solutions

- Good understanding of technical solution development and system integration.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Good presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare technical proposals, presentations, specifications, and documentation.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site assessments, demonstrations, exhibitions, and business requirements.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and willing to learn new technologies.
