DocuSign's Mobile Team is looking for an experienced engineering manager to lead the team bringing our Intelligent Agreement Management platform to iOS/Android. This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering.

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of overall software engineering experience, with a strong native iOS or Android development background
- 3+ years of engineering management experience directly leading native mobile teams
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality iOS or Android apps backed by large-scale cloud or SaaS infrastructure
- Experience partnering with Product, Design, and QA in an Agile environment
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain engineering talent

Preferred

- Experience overseeing teams that build and maintain native mobile apps, SDKs or modular libraries alongside client applications
- Technical familiarity with modern native development frameworks (SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, Swift Concurrency, Coroutines)
- Background in enterprise SaaS security, compliance, or mobile accessibility (a11y) standards
- Active engagement in the broader mobile developer community
