Salary & Compensation
* CTC: 27,000 per month
* In-Hand / Take-Home Salary: 21,700 per month
Eligibility Criteria
* Education: Graduate or Currently Pursuing Graduation
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / BPM sector (Mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate resolutions to customer issues while maintaining quality standards.
* Document call details and support tickets accurately in the portal.
* Follow communication guidelines and process workflows efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Language Requirements: Fluent in English and manageable Hindi.
* Process Type: Comfortable working in a semi-voice environment (Voice + Email).
* Shift Preference: Looking for a fixed Day Shift role.
* Work Schedule: Ready to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational day off.
