- Defines and executes benchmarking strategies leveraging internal data, competitive intelligence, and industry datasets
- Enhances stakeholder experience using advanced analytics on CSAT, ESAT, IPSAT, and behavioral data
- AI & Emerging CapabilitiesDemonstrates working knowledge of designing and deploying simple AI agents/use cases (e. g. , using MS copilot for generating automated actionable insights)
