Position Title: OutreachExecutive
Reports To: Head of Future Student Recruitment
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

Executes recruitment-focused outreach to highschools, universities, corporates and relevant communities to generate enquiresand applications for UNSW Bengaluru programs. Delivers presentations (in-person and online) and counselling toprospective students. Follows adisciplined sales process including CRM usage and reporting, upholding UNSWvalues and reputation in the market.

Accountabilities

Plan anddelivery of recruitment engagements

Creation of UNSW Bengaluru High School Strategy, TargetSchools List in partnership with UNSW Sydney team in India

Deliveryof UNSW Bengaluru High School Strategy in partnership with UNSW Sydneyteam in India

Plan and conduct customer-facing activitiesincluding school visits, counsellor briefings, information sessions.

Manage partner relationships as directed(schools, universities, corporates)

Support recruitment fairs, webinars, open days,campus tours and other events.

Driveend-to-end lead conversion

Capture and qualify leads; provide counselling;schedule follow-ups; coordinate application steps with Admissions.

Maintain accurate and consistent CRM hygiene(notes, statuses, next actions); submit weekly activity reports and pipelineupdates.





Ensure collateral accuracy and brand complianceon-site; report issues and corrective actions.

Manage pipeline performance

Gather market intelligence & feedback(objections, competitor claims & activity, trends in student aspirations,changes in school and university sectors) and share with Brand/Admissions.

- Operate within UNSW Sydneys global brand governance model, ensuring all activity is aligned with defined Playbooks, with appropriate approvals and compliance to defined frameworks and processes.

- Actively demonstrate alignment with the UNSW Code of Conduct and Values.

- Comply with all health, safety, and wellbeing policies and take reasonable care to ensure actions do not impact the psychosocial or physical health and safety of self or others.

Skill& Experience

Bachelors degree; 3+ years inoutreach/counselling.

Robust presentation and interpersonal skills;travel flexibility.

Organization and CRM literacy.
