Key Responsibilities

Writing & Content

- Research, conceptualize, and write scripts for videos, interviews, events, documentaries, and digital content.
- Develop engaging storylines, voice-over scripts, and creative content.
- Ensure strong narrative flow and consistency in tone and messaging.

Anchoring & Presentation

- Host videos, interviews, talk shows, campus events, and branded content.
- Demonstrate confident on-camera presence and clear articulation.
- Interact effectively with guests, students, and other talent.

Production

- Manage content projects from ideation and planning to execution and final delivery.
- Coordinate with camera, creative, and post-production teams.
- Manage shoot schedules, talent coordination, and production requirements.
- Ensure alignment between scripts, shoots, and final content.
- Contribute to content planning and new creative ideas for Manthan.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 24 years of experience in anchoring, script writing, content writing, media production,



digital storytelling, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
- Strong on-camera presence and presentation skills.
- Good storytelling, scriptwriting, and content development abilities.
- Understanding of social media content, interviews, corporate films, digital content, and branded content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Solid coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in a production house, digital studio, media agency, journalism, broadcast, or content creation environment.
- Knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
- Experience handling projects from concept development to final content delivery.
