We are looking for a Site Engineer - Solar EPC with hands-on experience in solar project execution. The candidate should be capable of independently handling small project sites and be willing to travel across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage and execute small Solar EPC project sites.
- Supervise installation of solar modules, structures, inverters, cables, earthing and related works.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors and project teams.
- Monitor quality, safety, manpower, material and project timelines.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and provide regular updates to HO.
- Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.

Requirements:

- 1-4 years of Solar EPC / Solar Project Execution experience.
- Valuable practical knowledge of Solar EPC work and site execution.
- Ability to handle small sites single-handedly.
- Good communication and site coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel PAN India is mandatory.
