Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, Secretarial Standards, and Stock Exchange requirements.
- Manage Board & Committee meetings, statutory records, filings, and corporate secretarial documentation.
- Handle Insider Trading, UPSI, and corporate governance compliances.
- Support overseas subsidiary compliances and global corporate actions.
- Assist in policy review, governance framework implementation, and CSR compliance initiatives.

Desired Profile

Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI).

- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Solid knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and Corporate Governance.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Location

Nagpur (Solar, Head Office)
