The opportunity: Assistant Manager-National-ASU - FAAS - FinancialAccountingAdv - Gurgaon.

Your key responsibilities

- Support design and implementation of LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ALMM and Liquidity Monitoring reporting solutions aligned to PRA, EBA and Basel liquidity regulations.
- Maintain regulatory reporting process maps, calculation methodologies, data lineage, and end-to-end traceability from source systems to liquidity reports.
- Assess regulatory impacts arising from liquidity regulation changes, recent products, data feeds, methodologies, and reporting requirements.
- Support target operating model design and future-state liquidity reporting architecture, including controls, governance, and operating procedures.
- Translate liquidity reporting requirements into BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and testable business rules.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Data and Technology teams to deliver compliant reporting solutions.
- Design and review Source-to-Target Mapping (STM), reporting calculations, reference data rules, and data transformation logic supporting liquidity reporting.
- Define and strengthen controls over regulatory reporting data, calculations, reconciliations, completeness, accuracy, and auditability.
- Drive improvements to reconciliations between source systems, liquidity engines, data warehouses, and final regulatory reports.
- Support reporting production cycles,



regulatory submissions, change releases, and operational readiness activities.

Skills and attributes

- Strong experience in Liquidity Risk Reporting, including LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ALMM and Regulatory Reporting frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end functional design, requirement gathering, impact assessment, and delivery of liquidity reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of liquidity regulations, reporting controls, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, Functional Testing, Validation Testing, Defect Management and Release Implementation.

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

- CA, MBA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification

Experience

- 3+ years of strong relevant experience in FS sector
