Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

• Counsel working professionals, graduates and students regarding suitable Online Degree, MBA, BBA and other higher-education programs.

• Understand the candidate's academic background, career goals, budget and program requirements.

• Explain program structure, eligibility, fees, admission process and university-related information accurately.

• Convert qualified leads into applications and confirmed admissions.

• Conduct systematic follow-ups with prospective students throughout the admission cycle.

• Handle objections related to fees, university selection, program credibility, eligibility and career outcomes.

• Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and admission data in the CRM/lead-management system.

• Track individual performance metrics including calls, connects, follow-ups, applications, conversions and admissions.





• Maintain regular communication with students until successful enrolment.

• Stay updated on university programs, eligibility criteria, admission cycles and Online Education trends.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech or Online Education.
- Proven experience in student counselling and admission conversion.
- Experience handling leads and converting them into applications/admissions.
- Strong knowledge of Online Education / Online Degree programs.
- Experience working with CRM and lead-management systems.
- Solid communication, counselling, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with monthly targets and performance-based KPIs.
- Candidates with a consistent track record of achieving admission/sales targets will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
