D Key Result Areas MERGEFORMAT Performance Management System Support Agency PMS team for preparing the monthly cost budget for the Agency channel Prepare and publish the daily tracker and employee performance updates Monitor business performance against plans and identify growth opportunities

Prepare periodic business reviews and performance reports

Track key metrics related to Employee perk and recommend the corrective actions Business Analytics MIS Analyse the Employee productivity, recruitment, activation, and persistency trends Develop and maintain management dashboards and scorecards Generate actionable insights to support on monthly contest designing activity Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis Automation Drive automation of Incentive tracker Track milestone achievement of employee contribution in term of business and earning

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for project execution
