We are looking for an experienced IBM Case Manager Developer with strong hands-on expertise in workflow solutions, UI customization, integrations, and IBM FileNet technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

IBM Case Manager – workflow solution development using Process Designer
Development of Case Pages & Work Pages (UI)
ICN (IBM Content Navigator) – Mandatory
FileNet DMS – Mandatory

Customization Experience:

- Plugins & Widgets
• Database Queries
• Dojo
• JavaScript

Integration Experience:

- Web Services development




• Code modules for third-party product integrations
• Strong understanding of integration architecture

Role Expectations:

- Understand client requirements and independently build workflow solutions
• Handle development and customization activities end-to-end
• Provide regular project updates to clients/stakeholders
• Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
