Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead Dynatrace platform consulting, customer engagement, onboarding, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will act as the technical lead and primary point of contact between customers and the Dynatrace Platform Support team.

Key Responsibility

- Lead Dynatrace platform implementation, monitoring, and consulting.

- Act as technical SPOC between customers and support teams.

- Manage Kubernetes, cloud-native, and full-stack monitoring.

- Handle Dynatrace configuration, DQL, Terraform, and Gen3 migration.

- Lead application onboarding, PoCs, integrations, and troubleshooting.

- Create/review technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

- Conduct customer training, best-practice, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Drive OpenTelemetry adoption and continuous observability improvements.

- Ensure delivery timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
