• Monthly calculation and processing of Doctor/Consultant Payouts as per contracts and policies
• Calculation of Domestic & International BD/Referral Fees
• Ensuring payout accuracy, including deductions, discounts, refunds, cancellations and credit notes
• Ensuring compliance with doctor contracts, slabs, percentages and minimum guarantees
• Calculation of performance and training incentives
• Maintaining contracts, approvals and supporting documents for audit & compliance
• Driving process improvements and automation to strengthen payout controls
• Ensuring appropriate TDS, GST and accounting compliance
• Preparing payout statements, variance reports, accruals and management MIS
