Role & responsibilities

- Lead Finance, Accounts & Commercial functions for the organisation.
- Drive financial and commercial control of the AURIC manufacturing project.
- Manage CAPEX, project costing, budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
- Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory, WIP and finished-goods controls.
- Manage working capital, receivables, payables and credit management.
- Ensure GST, Income Tax, TDS, Customs and Import/Export compliance.
- Establish and strengthen SOPs, Internal Financial Controls (IFC), approval matrices and risk controls.
- Strengthen ERP-based financial reporting, MIS and commercial controls.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and regulatory authorities.
- Build and develop a strong Finance & Commercial team and gradually assume broader responsibility for the Navi Mumbai operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1520 years of relevant post-qualification experience.




- Strong experience in manufacturing / engineering / industrial organizations.
- Proven exposure to plant finance, manufacturing accounting and CAPEX/project financial control.
- Strong understanding of Internal Controls, audit, risk management and financial governance.
- Sound knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
- Experience working in ERP-based financial environments; Microsoft Dynamics/Navision exposure preferred.
- Robust commercial and business acumen, beyond accounting and compliance.
- Experience in setting up/expanding manufacturing facilities and strengthening financial processes.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to be initially based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and subsequently relocate to Navi Mumbai.
