Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete lifecycle for Non-IT positions (Volume hiring, leadership hiring, RPO, etc.) across various sectors.
- Client Management: Successfully partner and manage relationships with multiple clients, understanding their unique hiring requirements and SLAs.
- Sourcing & Assessment: Leverage job portals, professional networks, and direct sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain robust candidate pipelines to ensure quick turnaround times for client closures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience specializing strictly in Non-IT domains (e.g., Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, Banking, FMCG, Real Estate, or Corporate Staffing).
- Multi-Client Exposure: Proven track record of successfully handling multiple clients/accounts simultaneously.
- Location: Based in or willing to commute regularly to Perungudi, OMR, Chennai .
- Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO).
- Availability : Immediate - 7days
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
