Role: Cluster Training Manager
Channel: Banca
Location: Bhopal, Indore
CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct product, sales, and process training for bank branch staff and insurance teams.
• Drive learning and development initiatives across the assigned cluster.
• Ensure timely completion of training calendars and certification programs.
• Improve sales productivity through coaching, field accompaniment, and on-the-job training.
• Monitor training effectiveness and support business growth objectives.
• Coordinate with bank and insurance stakeholders to identify training needs.

Requirements:
Experience in Life Insurance Training / Banca Training
Solid presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes
Ability to travel within the assigned cluster
