Plan, schedule, and organize internal and external training programs.
Maintain training calendars, attendance records, feedback forms, and training MIS.
Required Candidate profile
1–3 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or HR Operations.
Experience in a hospital or healthcare industry will be preferred.
