- Manage motor claims from receipt to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct thorough investigations into accidents, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as necessary.
- Coordinate with repair shops, medical providers, and other stakeholders to resolve claim disputes and ensure fair settlements.
- Analyze policy terms and conditions to determine coverage eligibility, liability assessment, and damages calculation.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in motor insurance claims handling or related field.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers, agents, and vendors.
