Job Description:
We are an electronic components and semiconductor distribution company, focusing on memory ICs, Flash, MCU, and related semiconductor solutions. We are looking for an experienced International Semiconductor Sales Representative to help us develop OEM, EMS, IoT, smart devices, and automotive electronics customers.

Compensation and Training:
• Base salary: USD 400 - 2,000/month, depending on experience
• Additional sales commission based on performance
• Month 1: product training, sales training, CRM training, and market familiarization
• Month 2 onward: sales target and active customer development
• 3-month probation period
• Full-time position only

Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop new customers in the Indian electronics and semiconductor market
• Contact OEM, EMS, IoT device, smart device, and automotive electronics companies




• Introduce memory IC, Flash, MCU, and related semiconductor solutions
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp after initial contact
• Collect BOMs, part numbers, RFQs, and project information
• Record customer interactions in CRM
• Follow up regularly with potential customers and purchasing teams
• Work with the internal team on pricing, stock checking, and product support

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 25 years of sales or business development experience in semiconductors, electronic components, EMS, or related industries
• Familiar with OEM, EMS, or electronics manufacturing customers in India
• Able to make cold calls and independently follow up with customers
• Good English communication skills
• Experience with memory ICs, Flash, MCU, or electronic components is preferred
• Comfortable using CRM, LinkedIn, email, phone, and WhatsApp for business communication
