Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard Financial Advisors / Insurance Agents for the agency channel.
- Develop, manage, and motivate a team of advisors to achieve business targets.
- Train advisors on insurance products, sales processes, and customer handling.
- Generate business through the agency network and support advisors in achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with agents, customers, and channel partners.
- Drive sales of Motor Insurance and General Insurance products.
- Monitor advisor performance and provide regular guidance and feedback.
