Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard Financial Advisors / Insurance Agents.
- Build, manage, and motivate a team of advisors to achieve business targets.
- Develop strong relationships with advisors and support them in generating business.
- Drive sales of Motor Insurance and General Insurance products.
- Provide product, sales, and process training to financial advisors/agents.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the advisor network.
- Maintain regular follow-up with advisors and customers.
