Job Description Sales Executive (Watches)
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Hosur
Department: Retail Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable watches.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display and showroom standards.
- Handle billing and customer queries.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on recent collections.
- Requirements
- 1–8 years of retail/sales experience preferred.
- Experience in watches, fashion, jewellery, or premium retail is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of English and local language.
