You'll manage the renewal process for allocated insurance accounts from start to finish. You'll review client and policy details, shape the marketing approach and compare market options so you can make clear coverage recommendations that meet the client's needs. You'll also work closely with account handlers, insurers and onshore colleagues, so queries are handled quickly and the renewal process stays on track.
Responsibilities
- You'll spot upcoming renewals early and start the process in good time.
- You'll look closely at client and policy information, question what you see, and flag any cover gaps or extra cover needs to the wider team.
- You'll prepare and issue renewal documents accurately and within agreed service standards.
- You'll also keep every policy record, note and renewal activity updated in the right systems.
- Alongside that, you'll join weekly meetings and ad hoc discussions with stakeholders, helping everyone stay aligned and move each renewal forward with care.
Requirements
- Experience working on insurance renewals or similar policy administration work.
- The ability to review client and policy information,
then use that detail to support coverage recommendations.
- Confidence to spot cover gaps or extra cover needs and share them clearly with colleagues.
- Explicit communication skills. You can explain ideas by phone, in writing and face to face.
- Care with detail. You keep documents, system notes and renewal records accurate.
- A calm, organised approach. You can manage several accounts and deadlines at once.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree would be useful, and insurance study such as CPCU, AINS, Cert CII or ANZCIF would be an advantage.
