Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, designers, and project managers.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Take site measurements and maintain daily site progress reports.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and work schedules.
- Check the quality of civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing work.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Follow all site safety rules and maintain proper documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E.



in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- 15 years of experience in site execution, interior, civil, or construction projects.
- Valuable knowledge of interior and civil construction work.
- Ability to read and understand working drawings, BOQ, and measurements.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, finishing work, and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and site manpower.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and site-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
