Job Summary

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our xDC Delivery Team and lead the successful delivery of Microsoft 365 projects, helping customers modernize their workplace, strengthen security, and maximize the value of their cloud investments. As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering customer transformation projects across Microsoft 365, Identity, Security, Compliance, Collaboration, and Device Management solutions. Working closely with customers, project managers, architects, and technical teams, you will oversee technical delivery, manage migration activities, identify risks, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Leading the technical delivery of Microsoft 365 projects, acting as the primary technical contact throughout project execution.
- Designing and delivering migration and modernization initiatives across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Identity, Security, and Compliance workloads.
- Collaborating with customers and project teams to gather requirements, define technical approaches, and develop implementation plans.
- Identifying project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges while creating effective mitigation strategies.
- Supporting presales activities through technical guidance,



solution design, and customer workshops where required.
- Contributing to knowledge sharing, technical enablement, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the consulting practice.

Requirements

- Strong experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration, modernization, and transformation projects.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Security solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, identity management, federation services, and hybrid Microsoft environments.
- Knowledge of migration tools such as Quest ODM, ShareGate, AvePoint, BitTitan, or similar platforms.
- PowerShell scripting capability and experience automating Microsoft 365 administration and migration activities.
- Solid consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and technical documentation skills.
