Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic BDM -Pimpri Chichwad -Pune to drive business growth, sales, and market expansion for Navigene Genetics Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for building the Nagpur market, developing healthcare partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B/B2C sales and business development across Nagpur.
- Develop relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong local client network.
- Generate leads, conduct meetings and convert prospects into business.
- Drive revenue, collections and achievement of monthly/annual targets.
- Manage and mentor the city sales/BD team.
- Track market trends,



competitor activity and customer requirements.
- Build strategic partnerships and increase awareness of genetic testing and diagnostics.

Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / City Head / Area Sales.
- Experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Pathology, Genetics, Pharma or Medical Devices preferred.
- Strong network among doctors, hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres
- Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Solid ownership and entrepreneurial approach.

Salary: Up to 6 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
