Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to own and develop visual assets across digital and physical brand touchpoints. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in print, packaging, branding, and marketing creatives, along with a good understanding of modern AI-assisted design workflows.

You will be responsible for translating brand requirements into visually compelling designs while maintaining consistency across all consumer-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

Print & Packaging

- Design packaging, menu inserts, stationery, brochures, promotional materials, and other print collaterals.
- Develop high-quality artwork while ensuring accuracy in dimensions, typography, colors, and layouts.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for final production.
- Ensure quality and consistency of physical brand assets.

Branding & Marketing

- Create visual assets aligned with the brand identity and style guidelines.
- Develop creatives for marketing campaigns, promotions, launches, and offline activations.
- Design OOH creatives, billboards, in-store branding, displays, and other large-format assets.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, imagery, and overall visual language.

Digital Design

- Create static social media creatives, emailers, website banners, promotional graphics, and other digital assets.
- Adapt campaign creatives across different formats and platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign concepts into strong visual communication.

AI-Assisted Design

- Use AI-powered design tools to improve speed, efficiency, and creative output.
- Leverage tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio,



and other relevant AI tools.
- Explore AI for image generation, background expansion, retouching, generative fill, asset variations, and creative experimentation.

Brand & Design Management

- Act as a custodian of the brand's visual identity and design guidelines.
- Ensure consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design requirements simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Work closely with marketing, content, operations, and external vendors.
- Requirements

- 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating print, packaging, branding, and digital design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of print production processes, including CMYK, bleed, color accuracy, paper types, and pre-press requirements.
- Experience creating packaging artwork and print-ready files.
- Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual identity.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.

Preferred Background

Candidates from FMCG, Food & Beverage, D2C, Retail, Lifestyle, Beauty, Wellness, or consumer brands with strong packaging and print portfolios would be preferred.
