Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop sheet metal, solid model and casting components
• Prepare layouts, concept designs, 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings
• Create and maintain BOMs and support ECN/ECR activities
• Apply DFM/DFA principles and GD&T; standards
• Support production and manufacturing-related design activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers
• Develop and support refrigeration-related components and subsystems
• Independently support design and drawing release activities
Required Skills:
• Autodesk Inventor
• Mechanical Design & 3D Modelling
• Sheet Metal Design
• GD&T; ASME Y14.5M
• DFM / DFA
• BOM & ECN/ECR
Preferred Skills:
• Autodesk Vault
• Fourth Shift
• HVAC / Refrigeration exposure
• Life-science / refrigeration product experience
• Casting component design
