Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Tool Room Incharge to lead and manage tool room operations with a focus on mould maintenance and repair. The role includes overseeing IM/Blow/PET moulds, implementing preventive maintenance, handling breakdown troubleshooting, supervising mould fitting and assembly, and ensuring accurate tool inspection and spare management. Candidates should have robust hands-on expertise in tool repair and maintenance, solid knowledge of machining processes, and proven ability to lead a maintenance team effectively. A qualification in ITI/Diploma - Tool Die/Mechanical is required. Preference will be given to candidates with specialized knowledge of injection moulding, blow moulding, and PET moulds, along with demonstrated team management skills.
