We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and execution-oriented Event Planner who can take an event brief from concept to execution.
The role involves understanding the client's brief, developing the overall event strategy and creative concept from scratch, creating comprehensive pitch decks, developing event flows and experiences, sourcing visual references, and coordinating closely with the client, internal creative and planning teams, vendors, production teams, and other stakeholders to bring the concept to life.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of events, experiential design, production, presentations, spatial planning, and client servicing, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
