Role and Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and understand their clothing needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in choosing suitable ethnic wear based on size, occasion, style, and budget.
- Demonstrate products, explain fabric, fit, pricing, and available offers.
- Meet individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, shelves, trial-room coordination, and overall store presentation.
- Support billing, stock checking, tagging, and basic inventory management.
- Follow up with customers when required and help build repeat business.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Work closely with the store team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 03 years of experience in retail sales, fashion, apparel, or customer service preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
- Good spoken Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.




- Presentable, confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
- Interest in men’s fashion, ethnic wear, and styling.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems, POS software, or computer operation is preferred.
- Must be available to work during weekends, festivals, and busy retail periods.
