Role & responsibilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Kannada and English preferred; knowledge of Hindi/Tamil/Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in General Merchandise, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durables, visual merchandise , and store or similar categories preferred.
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for sales.
- Customer-focused and confident personality.
- Ability to work in a retail/store environment and stand for extended periods.
- Should be target-oriented, punctual, and presentable.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
