Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET Core, Azure, React, and AI-enabled application development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating secure, scalable enterprise applications in a global and regulated environment. You will work across the complete technology stack, contribute to architecture and technical decisions, and build AI-native products and workflows using up-to-date AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, WebAPI, and MVC.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure PaaS services.
- Contribute to system architecture, technical design, REST APIs, integrations, and event-driven solutions.
- Build secure and reliable applications with strong focus on performance, scalability, observability, privacy, and auditability.
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, incident support, and operational documentation.
- Work closely with Product, Implementation, and Client-facing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Use AI-assisted and agentic development practices using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding agents.




- Follow spec-driven development practices where detailed specifications guide development, testing, and AI-agent implementation.
- Design and implement AI-powered application features, including LLM integrations, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Evaluate and integrate AI APIs, models, and frameworks while considering security, responsible AI, cost, and observability.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, WebAPI, and REST APIs.
- Strong experience with React and/or Next.js, preferably with TypeScript.
- Proven experience designing and developing solutions on Microsoft Azure using PaaS services.
- Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI application development and AI-assisted software engineering.
- Experience using Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding agents.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM API integration, RAG, or AI-powered application workflows.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, scalability, and separation of concerns.




- Experience working with enterprise applications in security/compliance-oriented environments.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, security, privacy, and data protection.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Azure AI Services, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or other AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM-based applications.
- Experience with event-driven/distributed systems and messaging platforms.
- Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, NHibernate, and caching.
- Experience with automated testing using xUnit, Jest, Mocha, TDD/BDD.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps automation.
- Azure/Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with analytics, reporting, BI, or data visualization.
- Experience building APIs for mobile applications.
- Experience evaluating and improving AI-generated code for production readiness.
