Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage US recruitment operations for direct clients, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for new hires and maintain accurate records in VMS (Vendor Management System).
- Develop solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely communication, and meeting project deadlines.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimize the recruitment process.
- Work from office - Raipur Chhattisgarh

Job Requirements :

- 2-8 years of experience in IT Staffing & Recruitment industry with a focus on US market.
- Strong understanding of MSP (Managed Service Provider) model and W2 employment regulations.
- Proficiency in using VMS software for managing candidate data and tracking progress.
