Role Overview

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring experienced RSA Archer professionals to support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives for Banking and Financial Services clients.

The role requires hands-on experience in RSA Archer development, configuration, customization, integration, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support RSA Archer solutions.
- Configure applications using RSA Archer AppStudio.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Infolets.
- Configure workflows, questionnaires, calculated fields, and data-driven events.
- Support data imports, feeds, integrations, and migration activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support production releases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and release management activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and platform optimization initiatives.

Educational Qualification

BE / BTech / MCA / MSc (IT / Computer Science) or equivalent.

Mandatory Requirement

Relevant hands-on experience with RSA Archer, including AppStudio, application configuration, reporting, workflow development, and GRC implementations, is required for this role.
