Responsibilities :

Design, build, and operate cloud platform capabilities supporting production workloads across environments.

Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters, including upgrades, scaling, capacity planning, and workload scheduling.

Implement and maintain platform reliability practices: health checks, autoscaling, backup/restore, and disaster recovery readiness.

Deploy, manage, and tune Redis for performance, availability, and data durability establish best practices for caching patterns and usage.

Create automation for provisioning and lifecycle management of platform components using repeatable, version-controlled approaches.

Improve observability by defining metrics, logs, and alerts for Kubernetes and data services drive incident response and post-incident improvements.

Partner with engineering teams to onboard services to the platform, troubleshoot runtime issues, and improve developer experience.

Ensure platform security hygiene through access controls, secrets management practices, and secure configuration standards.
