We need someone who can walk in and actually own the visual language of both. Not please make this pop. Not can you just follow the brand guide. You're building the brand guide.

What you'll actually be doing

- Social creatives, decks, campaigns, the stuff that hooks the audience
- Basic motion and video work, quick edits, animations, nothing that needs a full production house
- Moodboards, references, the whole why does this font feel expensive and this one feel cheap research
- Graphics and visual assets for the platform itself, banners, icons, illustrative elements, not full UI/UX ownership

Who we want





- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and/or video/motion editing
- Strong portfolio showing social creatives, campaign work, or video/motion pieces
- Comfortable with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and basic video editing software (Premiere, After Effects or similar)
- Based in Bengaluru, able to work in office

This is a founding seat. You're not the tenth designer on a team that already decided everything. What you build now is what both brands look like a year from now and your name is on it.
