Experience 3+ years overall experience in Hospitality Operations OPERA PMS OPERA Cloud including Oracle Hospitality Reporting Analytics OHRA Role Summary The Oracle Hospitality Reporting Analytics Consultant is responsible for delivering end-to-end functional and reporting consulting and configuration across OPERA Cloud and Oracle Hospitality platforms The role involves custom report configurations data extraction system testing support and stakeholder coordination ensuring seamless data movement from OHRA to datastores to enable data-driven decision-making The consultant acts as a key liaison between technical teams hotel operations teams and Oracle support Key Responsibilities Oracle Hospitality Reporting - Configure customize and maintain Oracle Hospitality Reporting Analytics OHRA templates for reservation group block and administrative data - Liase with hotel teams domain experts to review and suggest recent objects and attributes to be included - Design and develop data models and report templates for scheduled and ad-hoc reporting - Monitor troubleshoot and analyze scheduled report jobs addressing job failures and data discrepancies - Understand business and operational requirements to deliver accurate actionable reporting outputs - Create and manage Service Requests SRs with Oracle via My Oracle Support MOS for escalations OPERA Cloud Functional Consulting - Lead and support testing for testing of all the configured reportsPerform test case creation execution and defect logging Regular reporting daily weekly and monthly to all stakeholders Client Stakeholder Engagement - Lead client-facing reporting and data extraction initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including hotel teams revenue managers Oracle support and offshore teams Skills Competencies - OPERA Cloud PMS - Oracle Hospitality Reporting Analytics OHRA - BI Publisher Data Models Templates - OPERA PMS Sales Catering Core Competencies - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Hospitality domain expertise Front Office Groups Revenue - Client and stakeholder management - Problem-solving and issue resolution - Excellent communication and coordination skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work across onsite and offshore teams Education Preferable - Degree in Hotel Management
