Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a New Product Development Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager. The role involves leading and supporting the end-to-end development of new automotive products, from concept and design to validation and launch. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating customer requirements into technical specifications, and creating design solutions aligned with performance, cost, and manufacturability targets. The position requires coordinating prototyping activities, conducting design and engineering reviews, supporting testing and validation,



and driving continuous improvement in product performance. The role also includes preparing technical documentation, interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and industry standards.
Qualifications
.

- Sound Experience in aerospace and defence cable harness new product development.
- Preparation of process documents and good knowledge in As9100 and As9102
- Experience in autocad and capital XC
- Experience in Product Development and Product Design, including concept generation, design optimization, and support for industrialization.
- Background in Research and Development (R&D;), with skills in evaluating new technologies, materials, and processes for automotive applications.
- Effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers, and for preparing clear technical reports and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with CAD tools and basic knowledge of design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) principles.
- Understanding of automotive standards, quality systems, and validation / testing processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
