About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Daily Operations Associate / Inventory Associate to support day-to-day business operations and inventory management activities. The ideal candidate will maintain inventory accuracy, monitor stock movement, support operational processes, and coordinate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory records with a high level of accuracy.

• Monitor stock levels and track inventory movement across locations.

• Verify orders, inventory transactions, and operational data.

• Support daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Prepare and maintain inventory and operational reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory and operational issues.

• Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation activities.

• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure adherence to company processes and inventory control procedures.

• Assist in improving operational efficiency and workflow management.
